All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our delivery policy.
Payment
All transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
We can accept the payment by the following credit cards:

To ensure security, and guard against the possibility of credit card fraud, your transaction and credit card number is actually entered on a secure Payment Page that is hosted by eWay, a leading secure online payment gateway.
We do not record, hold or transmit any of your credit card information when you purchase using a card over the internet.
We encrypt all of your personal information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet, protecting against credit card fraud. See 'Security' for more information.
Security
We encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Our secure server software uses GeoTrust's QuickSSL 128 bits encryption to do this and provides a secure connection between you and the server, so any information sent to and from the server will be encrypted.
Delivery policy
We will arrange delivery of your purchases using either Australia Post or courier services, depending on factors such as the delivery address and the size of your order. Please allow 10 working days for delivery of your purchases, although you may receive your products sooner depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address. Overseas deliveries will take longer depending on the delivery address.
Please specify in your order where your shipping address and billing address are different. Please ensure that the billing address is your own, and if possible, please provide a street address (rather than a PO Box) for the shipping address.
Postage and handling
Postage and handling charges for orders to be delivered to an address within Australia are as follows:
- Orders under 1.0kg – AU$10
- Orders over 1.0kg to 1.5 kg – AU$15
- Orders over 1.5 kg to 5 kg – AU$20
- Orders over 5 kg to 10 kg – AU$25
- Orders over 10 kg to 15 kg – AU$30
- Orders over 15 kg to 20kg – AU$35
- Orders over 20kg – AU$40
Shipments to other destinations may be subject to additional charges for shipping and/ or duties. Please contact us before placing an order for shipment to an address outside Australia.
Out of Stock Policy
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail of shipping schedule. If this is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.
Returns
If for any reason you would like to return an item purchased from this website, we would be glad to accept it for exchange or refund of the purchase price of the item (not charges such as shipping), provided that you return it to us with its original receipt or packing invoice, in perfect unused condition within 30 days of your purchase.
If you discover a manufacturing defect in one of our products, we will accept the item for return or repair (at our option) for 3 years from the date of purchase. This does not include damage that occurs due to misuse or abuse or the like. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any other reason than a manufacturing defect.
